Invincible: Driving To The "Heart" Of Motivation"

How motivation and determination made one man's dream, a reality.

Based on a true story, this story takes place in the summer of 1976, and Vince Papale is a 30 year old bartender, who is down on his luck, and running out of options.

His wife leaves him, telling him that he'll never amount to anything, and that he will never make a name for himself.

The new coach of the Philadelphia Eagles, Dick Vermeil announces that he will hold open tryouts for the team, and at the urging of his friends, Vince reluctantly answers the call, having no college football experience, and having played football for only a year in high school.

Overcoming almost impossible odds, Vince makes the cut, and goes on to play three seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles.

While I watched this movie with my family, I thought about the many people in Real Estate and the mortgage industry, who are trying to make a living, and are making it, overcoming obstacles that look impossible to others.

What sets those people apart, from the ones that are leaving the industry, and looking for work elsewhere?

Is it determination? The drive to succeed against all odds?

When Vince Papale made the Philadelphia Eagles, he had an opportunity to achieve something that many have dreamed of, but have never achieved. When the big day arrived, and it was time for him to stand and deliver, he froze. He could have blown the opportunity of a lifetime, and could have been cut, but he wasn't.

Coach Vermeil believed that Vince Papale had something that he could build a team around. What was it that made Coach Vermeil decide to put his neck on the line for someone who didn't have the background, the experience, or the finesse of the finest athletes he could have chosen to play for the Philadelphia Eagles?

What Vince Papale had was guts, and heart. Despite the fact that the veterans on the team refused to accept him, despite the fact that he was told to quit numerous times, Vince Papale persevered.

Just like professional football, our industry is not for the faint at heart. It is one thing to take a hit, and get tackled in a friendly neighborhood game of touch football, but the hits get much harder at a higher level and standard. The talent, the skills, and the competition for the successful in any industry are at a higher standard than the average.

Build Your Network Marketing or MLM Business On A Budget

Tried and True Sure-Fire Powerhouse Methods To Jumpstart
Your Recruiting Efforts, And better yet, they are free.

Building your Network Marketing or home based business requires advertising, but if you are like me, you ventured into this lucrative market because you needed to earn more money not spend it.

The experience I had when first starting out was not pleasant. It seemed that every time I turned around, I had to re-invest the little bit of money I had earned to advertise for more clients, and in the end, I just wasn't getting ahead. I was going broke.

If you are not careful, you can spend your hard earned profit, before it has been earned.

There simply is no way to get ahead and turn profitable if you have to spend your hard earned money on advertising, especially when you are just venturing out.

How do you get ahead, if you can't keep up with the "big boys"?

The best way to get started with advertising is to utilize every free resource that is available on the internet. I would caution you to stay away from ad blasters and "safe - lists" because you will spin your wheels. It just isn't efficient to send your email message to lists that don't get read, and what's worse, you'll end up getting a ton of spam email, and phone calls from people trying to sell you their product.

What you need is a step by step guide to show you how to build your business without spending a ton of money to get results.

Here is how I did it, and saw incredible results with my travel website. I have been able to utilize these techniques with great success, and the results have been so good, that I have passed these techniques down to my downline, and have watched them duplicate the results I have achieved.

After months of due diligence and research, I identified free advertising sources that I could track for results, and made a goal to reinvest a portion of my earnings into affordable, low cost advertising mediums.

The following two tips are advertising methods that I incorporated into my advertising strategy. These methods cost me nothing, and as I began to make money, I diligently reinvested a portion toward budgeted advertising campaigns, being sure to track my results for each paid advertising campaign.

Two free tips that you can implement right away:

Tip #1

Utilize Your Email Signature and create a viral ad campaign.

There is no better way to utilize all of the forwarded jokes, email offers, and outright spam that you receive than to send them a "bounce back" email with your signature. A good example of this would be:

Tip #2

Free Classified Ad Sites

Do a search on Google for free classified ads, and submit your classified ad message. I would advise you not to use your main email account if you do this, so look into a free email account prior to placing your ads. This will get some response if you do the research and place your ads in front of the right audience. A couple of the sites that I use are Adlandpro , Epage Classifieds as well as Inetgiant classifieds.

This is a completely free resource, so stay focused, and don't spend money!
In summary, the key to getting your business to the next level is to generate some cash flowing back to you.

Direct Response Marketing- Overrated, Or Overlooked?

Your Network Marketing/MLM Opportunity is an awesome one, but are they teaching you to recruit utilizing "old school" techniques?
Network marketing has been an industry recognized by many successful and well known entrepreneurs, such as Donald Trump and the best selling author of "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" Robert Kiyosaki, as the "Perfect Business".

Many who venture into this profession truly do have the potential for building a fantastic income.

The harsh reality is however, that most network marketers fail - in fact the statistic is 97%.

With the introduction of the internet, a perfect marriage was met between the network marketing professional and their access to high quality prospects.

Why then, do many successful network marketing companies still teach recruiting techniques that date back to the 1950's?

My experience was truly no different. I've been at the Network Marketing game for a very long time, but to be honest, I failed at every single one.

It was only when I found the true reason that most network marketers fail, and sadly, it's not because they haven't worked hard at trying to succeed.

It took me hours and hours of researching the top professionals in the Network marketing industry to find out that most of these top earners were doing the same thing - throwing out the old methods and techniques, and incorporating techniques and strategies that not only were building their businesses quickly and efficiently, but each one of these top professionals also had one key element that stood out...

Their prospects were coming to them, and asking to join their downlines.

WHAT? How was this possible?

I just couldn't imagine that all of the years that I had been doing what I had told to do, dragging my friends and family members to one hotel meeting after the other, passing out business cards to any one who dared to glance in my direction,
writing list after list, filling out memory joggers ad nauseum, could have been the wrong thing to do. But it was.

And my advice is that you stop doing it too. Please don't get me wrong, or hear what I am NOT saying. The methods that you have been taught, are still being taught, because they do work. However, the problem that many network marketers face when trying to take their business to the next level, is what direction to go when the "warm leads" turn cold.

After failing at the last venture, I had decided that, clearly I didn't have what it took to be successful in the network marketing profession, and I swore to never get involved in another network marketing opportunity.

Never say never my friends.

When the opportunity to get involved with my travel business fell into my lap, I decided that I would put all of my painstaking research to use, and I have never looked back. In fact, I have been able to build a fantastic business, and teach my "community" or downline the same techniques so that they could duplicate my success, and teach their community to duplicate, and so on and so on.

Stop buying leads! Stop Cold Calling!

My mom always use to tell me that "the definition of crazy, is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results."

How does Direct Response Marketing Work, and will it work for me?

The best way I can explain it, is to look at a profession that I know very well, having had a very successful, and lucrative career in the Yellow Pages industry.

Yellow pages advertising is a sneaky, but brilliant formula. Most people use it without realizing what motivated them to pick up the book. They just know that they need something, and they call someone from the book to buy it from.

In essence, the prudent business owner who places an ad in the yellow pages, has placed himself there to be an option, when a client needs their product, or service.

The yellow pages is an advertising medium where BUYERS are seeking SELLERS, and the beautiful thing is, almost 90% of the time, that buyer has a checkbook or credit card in hand, ready to make the purchase. The buyer comes educated because the research has already been completed. The decision to buy has already been made, so the phonebook is simply directing the buyer to a business to complete the transaction.

This is called directional advertising, and because it works so well in comparison to other forms of advertising, the yellow pages remains a healthy and profitable business, even with competition from the internet.

Direct Response Marketing is very similar. Using this method will allow the prospect to get educated about what you have to offer, and when they are ready, they call or get in contact with you to join.

It's that simple.

Do the research, and find a direct response method to implement. if you're not sure, implement it along with the current methods you use, and watch your recruiting efforts improve. dramatically. It worked for me, and it will work for you.
